The Plum Group is pleased to announce that we have re-designed the support site!!
There are several improvements over the old version:
*revised documentation - all plum reference documents have been significantly overhauled in that they reflect the most recent platform revision available to date (currently v2.4.2). Also there has been a seperation of operations content and vxml developer content, so that people looking for answers wont have to sift through a mountain of text containing information that may not be relevant in a given context.
*face lift - an improved look-and-feel that is more consistent across multiple pages will set the tone for a more appealing visual experience.
These changes should be seamless for all existing support site users; no changes will be necessary in order to use the new support system. All member information and forum content will remain unchanged.
As a user of this support system, we appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we make these transitions. Many of these improvements have resulted from interaction with you via forums, and email.
Expect to see several more changes in the coming months as we strive to create more useful tools and content for the plum VXML support community. Please continue to voice your opinions, comments, and concerns regarding our support services, so that we may all work together in further improving this community we have worked so hard to create!
