In 2011, Plum Voice had record sales for onsite systems, hosted IVR service, and telephone surveys.
As a result of this growth in sales, Plum is setting up another data center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to increase overall capacity and add more redundancy and disaster-recovery capabilities.
