Plum Voice has achieved Level 1 compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Its Level 1 compliance designation follows its annual audit by a PCI qualified security assessor (QSA). Plum's compliance with PCI DSS is a core compnent of its IVR solution set and ensures safe payment card transactions over the phone.
