Hello,
Any chance you can get the SAVE AS to work on the screen where we view a session log file? It works in IE 6 I noticed, but not IE 7.
I've been copying the text and pasting it into a text editor as a work around but wanted you to know it doesn't work in IE 7, because I saw in the FAQ that it supposedly works in IE (although that post was pre-IE 7).
Maybe you can take a look at that when you get a chance.

The "SAVE AS" should work now for IE7 when you view an IVR session log file.
