Tried all that. The call log icon does not appear. We are on High Sierra OS. Is that not compatible any longer with the interface?

Hi
We are unable to download audio files from the audio page. Clicking on the download link (arrow down) only plays the audio but does not download it. We use Chrome. Version 68.0.3440.106

Could it be a browser issue? We use Chrome here. There is no icon for the calls.

Hi! call log links for all the calls are missing. There used to be document icon that we could click on to show the call log, that is no longer there for calls that occurred even the same day. I know the logs used to be purged after 5 days, but the link is gone for current calls.

We have inbound call applications that launch another application to continue with the call flow. The logging though cuts off once the new application is launched.
