Thanks for the reply.
In a Plum application where same workflow is used to respond to multiple phone numbers, can we play back different voice files, based on phone number the user called? If yes, how?
Thanks,
Stratus.

How to send a "call_recording" var in the REST(POST/PUT)
Hi Team,
I am recording a part of the call using 2 call_recording modules. I have an API which accepts byte[] as input. How do I use "call_recording" variable in POST/PUT(REST service) to save the recorded audio?
Explanations supported with screenshots would be great.
Thanks,
Strats.

Hi,
I am recording the call using "call_recording" module. In which variable exactly does the .UL audio file gets stored? An attached screenshot explanation would be great.
Thanks,
Strats.

Is it possible to enable ONLY speech input in Yes/No module?
Hi Team,
In a Yes/No module I don't want the user to enter 1 for "Yes" and 2 for "No". How do I disable that in my application as I want to enable only speech input in that Yes/No module??
Thanks,
Strats.

My REST API accepts only whitelisted IP addresses
Hello,
We are developing an IVR using Fuse+, as part of this development we are using an REST API call which accepts only whitelisted IP addresses. When I deploy my Fuse+ application, which IP address(es) will hit REST API, so that we can whitelist them.
Regards,
Strats.
