Provided my company's server and our code have been tested to handle the changes to daylight savings, do I need to be concerned about the Plum platform having issues with the changes?

IVR system compliant with new daylight savings time rules

The Plum Voice Hosting systems are fully compliant with the new daylight savings time rules, if you have updated your IVR application servers there is nothing else for you to do. If you have an onsite IVR system and want to have a patch applied to your Plum IVR server to update the DST rules you should contact support@plumvoice.com and include your customer ID in the subject line.
