On a phone survey there are 2 options for data entry, i.e. by phone keypad, and by voice. How can we just accept by phone keypad, EXCEPT where we want them to enter comments by voice.
Thanks,

IVR Survey Settings has Speech Recognition option
Hi,
If you go to the "Phone Options" tab of your IVR Survey Settings, there is a Speech Recognition option that allows you to disable speech recognition. This would allow the respondent to only enter data by the phone keypad. The only IVR question types that would still take speech are: Comments, Full Name, Full Address, and City,State/Province.
For more information refer to this section of the Plum IVR Survey Manual: http://surveys.plumvoice.com/admin/docs ... ne_Options
