I have three clients I am currently building surveys for.
For each of these clients I have been given by Plum and admin login user name and password and ALSO a client username and password.
I have built my first client survey (Client name begins Ada....) survey in my admin area for them. I am close to setting it live. I need to put this survey into their area. Can I copy it, or is their another method I should be using?

Re: Transferring Survey from Administrator to Client
Hi,
It is not possible for you to build surveys in your admin account and move them over to your clients' accounts. However, it's possible to build the surveys within your account and share reports with your clients on those surveys as documented here in the survey tutorial: http://survey.plumvoice.com/admin/docs/ ... eports.htm
If you are looking to build surveys for your clients to have control over in their own accounts, you would need to build the surveys within your clients' accounts.
