We currently have a situation where the agent passes the caller into our Survey on Insight. The caller ID that is displayed is the generic number for our call center. How can I have either the extension or the actual number of the agent displayed as the caller ID so that I can take action on the survey responses based on the agent?”

Insight receives whatever caller ID the call center is passing through. You will have to reach out to your call center and ask them to pass the actual number of the agent instead of the generic number.
