submit music only playing first sec.

I can't seem to fix this one and I am not sure why....

When I play this audio file during a submit it only plays the first half second of it over and over really fast. However, it is random. It seems to do it for 30-40 min then it will play as normal for a while. there is no heavy load on our server and ALL other voice files even larger files on the same server work perfectly fine.

As you can see I have tried playing with the parameters of the submit tag but still have no luck.

Hi Brent,

We've also experienced this IVR behavior internally, and are looking into it. It's definitely something in the IVR fetchaudio codebase.
