Application Not Updating When New Files Are Uploaded

I am using my hosting elsewhere to serve the vxml and asp files. I have noticed that, while building and testing, I upload (FTP) new files and they are not reflected when I call in.

Is Plum Host requesting from the server every time or is it using previously used versions of the files. How can I ensure the most up-to-date vxml or asp file is being used on every call?

I would recommend setting a maxstale and maxage value of 0 for your files to ensure that a fresh copy is always fetched from your IVR server.
