How many user's can use this feature simultaneously

Post by abhay »

Hi,

How many user's can simultaneously use plum IVR system. How many user's can call simultaneously and use this system. Actually i'm getting some error's and some external voice and sometimes its pronouncing half prompts? What is exactly the problem ?

Is there any tag by using which doesn't allow external noise. I am using break in prompts. Is it cause of these problem's

Hi,

About your initial questions, this support forum is meant to provide developer and administrator support for our IVR systems. Please direct any port allocation and capacity questions to your sales representative.

As for your questions about not allowing for external noise, this seems to be a bargein or sensitivity issue.

For more information on how to use the bargein property, see here:

For more information on how to use the sensitivity property, see here:

Thanks for the explanation.

I had one more doubt that will there be any affect of external noise if I am NOT using inputemode "voice"

I am using DTMF currently and there seems to have some problem for pronoucing half prompts, this is not a frequent problem but it happens sometimes. I mean there is no such particular scenario for half prompts.

Thanks
