Increase IVR Application volume

Is there a way to increase the volume of the IVR application. If not then increase the volume of the recorded prompt?

To increase the volume of TTS prompts within your IVR application, you can use the <prosody> tag.

If you want to increase the volume for prerecorded prompts, you would either need to upload new prerecorded prompts that are louder or you can use a tool like SoX to increase the gain of your existing prerecorded audio prompts.
