How to avoid Bad fetch if server is down

Post by RakeshRaman »

Hello,

I have developed a voice XML application and is working very well. My only problem is that when my server is down all the callers are getting an error message something like 'error.badfetch'. But what I am trying to do is that is there any option to prompt something like 'Currently my server is down please call us back after some time'. Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Rakesh.
