Problem to write vxml code with # key

Post by soso »

Hi,

I've a problem with a grammar, with voicexml.

In my application, the user can enter # key, or input number, for send a message. If the user type #, is a specific message, otherwise, is the user message.

How can I translate to vxml?

Hi,

You can look through our tutorial for some examples of IVR code of how you can implement this: http://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/devel ... e:tutorial

Once you have an example of your IVR code, we can help you take a look at it and make some suggestions for you.
