- Is it possible to adjust the quality of the audio file being recorded?
Currently, the IVR system does not provide a built-in method for adjusting the quality of the audio as it is rendered to the caller. The upcoming IVR platform release will support multiple encoding types for the <record> tag (platform release 2.4.2)
- Is it possible to adjust the volume level for the noinput event
Yes, the volume for a noinput event is an IVR global system property. This can be set in the server config screen using the Plum Voice Platform's admin User Interface.
