NUANCE stock grammar

Post by xzhang »

We use Nuance's stock grammar for our application. Can we still use it in plum voice?

Hi xzhang,

Could you provide us with more information on this Nuance stock grammar? If it is a binary grammar compiled for Nuance OSR 3.0, then it should be able to work.

However, we would need more information in order for us to look into this.

we purchased from NUANCE. The file we received is brokerage.gsl. It looks like binary. Should I send to you?

Hi xzhang,

Regarding the Nuance stock grammar file that you've mentioned, please note that the Plum Voice Platform does not recognize GSL grammars. The grammars that are supported by the platform are JSGF grammars and SRGS+XML grammars. So, you would need to reformat your gsl grammar into one of the supported grammar types.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Regards,
Plum Support
