Call logs older than 5 days

Is there any way to retrieve the call logs for a call that's older than five days? We'll get requests to look into what happened on a call for a customer and the log's been deleted.

Unfortunately the detailed call logs only get stored for 5 days. The session logs exist for much longer, but those are very simple records of the calls. However, you may utilize our log tag for any data you would like in your session logs! Please refer to our documentation here: https://www.plumvoice.com/docs/dev/voicexml:tags:log.
