masking outbound caller number
Right now the outbound call is identified as coming from a 617 number. I was told initially that this could be masked with either a name or the 866 number we use. I can't seem to find any info on how to do this in the documentation.
E-mail with IVR cust ID to get outbound caller ID changed
Hi,
You should send an e-mail to support@plumvoice.com with your IVR customer ID in the subject line to get the IVR outbound caller ID changed. The Customer ID would be found in your support contract with Plum. If you do not yet have a support contract with Plum, you should contact your sales representative regarding this issue.
Make sure to include in your e-mail what you want the new IVR outbound caller ID to be identified as.
