I'm seeing some weird messages in my error log that I've never seen before. Here is an example:

GCEV_BLOCKED is an IVR system error
Hello,
That IVR error indicates that there was an error on one of our T1 lines and that you had an active call in the IVR system when this error occurred. We are aware of the IVR error and the IVR system gracefully recovered from this error. You can safely ignore these IVR errors in the future.

IVR support team has distribution list for major outages
The IVR support team does have a distribution list for major outages and we can add you to the list.

Send IVR customer ID to be added to distribution list
