Hi
We work with a lot of customers that own vanity numbers or reg. 1800 numbers and are reluctant to pass ownership to anyone else (understandably so..)
In the past, we use to give them a DNIS, APN and RRN , Circuit ID etc to allow their Telecom provider/IT to point the number to our IVR system /script.
How can we achieve this in Plum Survey ? I see the option to give my client a local number (617..) and request them to point the 1800 number to it. In this option the carrier will charge us for the minutes in addition to what we already pay which is a big concern.
Please advise on options

DNIS/RRN
Re: DNIS/RRN
Hi,
There are other options you can use to achieve this functionality, however, it is not something that would be handled here through the support forum. Please contact your sales/account manager and they can go over the various options available to you.
Thanks,
Plum Support
