Pardon ignorant questions about queueing

We're looking at migrating from in-house Nuance to Plum, so pardon my ignorance. Only reading the docs for 2 days.

Is there:

1) a webservice way to delete/modify an already-queued call?
2) a webservice way to add an audio file to the repository?

To answer your questions, there aren't any webservices that we offer that allow you to delete/modify an already-queued outbound call or add an audio file to the repository.
