PLUM host ip

Post by ocbermudez »

Hello folk,
I will put in production my application soon and I will need to check that the unique "server" that call to my call_start_callback, call_result_callback and call_xxxx_callback IS PLUM, so I am getting the ip address of you host in php. In my test I always got "remoteAdd=69.25.74.83"
My question is:
Could you tell me if this ip can change? how often? if yes, how I can do for checking that only PLUM will call them?
Thanks.
Omar.

Hello,

Those pages will be requested by one of may plum IVR servers, as such that single IP will not be sufficient. Please contact Support for the information. Thank you.

Regards,
Plum Supoort
