Good morning to all,
Currently, we use SOX to convert our .VOX raw audio files into .WAV files. We are experiencing a little inconsistency within our application and feel that SOX may be the culprit.
Do you have any other suggestions for converting raw audio files to .WAV files.

You can try Adobe Audition to convert the .VOX raw audio files. There should be a free demo you can download that will allow you to test if this will work better. Hope this IVR developer helps.
