Sometimes when I hit the refresh button on the last log window I will get a fresh copy of my latest log. A minute later, I'll hit refresh again, and this time in order to get my actual last log I have to close the last log window, go to the activity account page, refresh it, and click on the last log.
That's time consuming, to say the least.
Are there any tips & tricks on how to persuade the last log window to show the last log?

Currently, you cannot persuade the last IVR log window to show the last IVR log by refreshing it. You would have to go to the "Call Activity" page and click on the last IVR log in order to refresh the IVR log.
We plan to address the issue for the upcoming release of our IVR hosting site. There is no predetermined date for this release yet.
