Hello,
We have a situation where some of our members are making calls outside the U.S., and we'd like to selectively block calls to the countries they're calling, while allowing others. We suspect that the callee is traveling with a U.S. phone, as we only allow U.S. format numbers at this time, and are not providing the international dialing prefix. With international roaming enabled, those phones appear the same to to us, but we're incurring extra LD charges at the end of the month.
Is this possible, or do we have to simply cancel those members making those calls?
Thanks for your help,
Dorsey

Blcoking outbound dialing to certain countries
IVR system doesn't block outbound calls to certain countries
Hi,
We do not provide a way to automatically filter the numbers that users are allowed to dial. You need to parse the numbers first before sending the numbers to us for IVR outbound calling. The list of numbers that you would want to parse are: 242, 246, 264, 268, 284, 345, 441, 473, 649, 664, 758, 767, 784, 809, 829, 868, 869, 876.
