IVR developer provides help in using SoX

Hi,

I'm guessing that you downloaded the tar.gz file on sox.sourceforge.net. You should download the zip file for Windows instead:

Win32 Binary (Win95/98/NT/XP): sox12181.zip

Hope this helps with your IVR application.
