Does queucalls.php work with https? We are planning to implement a medication reminder system and the sending of phone numbers over http may be a violation of HIPAA regulations that essentially say that all transmissions over the internet must be encrypted. (Because phone numbers can be traced to an individual, the data is considered personal health information.)
Thanks,
Mike

IVR use with queuecalls.php should now work with HTTPS
Hi,
Yes, this was implemented in IVR applications in mid-2008, so queuecalls.php should now work with HTTPS.

Do the SSL certificates need to be signed by an authority? I have setup HTTPS with self signed certificates on our server and can readily fetch the scripts from our GetScript page from a browser, but not when I place a call. When I place a call it is accepted and you verify the page, pulling it initially, but when the PlumPlatform agent tries to retrieve the script, I get an error badfetch for the page.
Do these certificates need to be signed for the platform to pull them using HTTPS? Due to sensitive data in these scripts, we would prefer HTTPS implementation if possible, though we can get signed certs if needed.
