Yes, so it does not matter how bargin is set.
It skips, cuts short, and starts in the middel of prompts
with both "false" and "true" bargins.

This was happening previously. Please see your quote above.

HI Chris,

There seems to be something strange regarding your IVR account and RealSpeak. We are continuing to look into the IVR issue, in the mean time please try switching to AT&T and see if you continue to have IVR issues.
