Error : start_url not called

Hi all,

I m working on my website, it initiates call to Plum by calling queuecall.php
Plum calls to number i have specified in the http request to queuecall.php

When i answer the call from plum, "serious error has occured" message is played by Plum and it doesn't call my callback page given in start_url.

Please guide me what wrong is going on ?
What changes i need to make?

Hi,

We need more details from you in order to diagnose your IVR problem. For example, can you provide us with the IVR script that you are using for start_url and an IVR call log that shows the IVR error that is occurring?

This problem is solved as there was minute problem with vxml script.
