Hi,

Would you be able to supply more information about these calls/your application? Would it be possible for you to send us the audio file that experienced this issue? Has this issue occurred since you first saw it?

Thanks for this information.

Hi,

You can send your .wav audio file to devsupport@plumgroup.com. Also, could you please provide us with more information about your calls/information?

Hi,

Regarding the audio files you've sent, has this issue occurred for just these two files or has it happened on other occasions?

We believe this may have happened as a result from the audio conversion process and is causing the audio overlap. We will continue to look into this issue to see if we can reproduce it.

Hi,

Regarding this overlapping issue with your audio files, we have listened to the ulaw audio files and have heard the audio overlap as well.

To further diagnose this issue, could you please provide us with the session ID for these calls (see here for reference on how to find the session ID)? Also, do you know if these calls are outbound calls or inbound calls?
